Members of Bank Orange are invited to attend the 2025 AGM to be held at the Hotel Canobolas on Thursday 20 November 2025.

Business of the meeting
- Receive and accept the Minutes of Annual General Meeting held 21 November 2024.
- To receive and consider the Directors’ Report, Financial Report and Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June 2025. Copies can be obtained from our registered office or on our website www.bankorange.com.au
- Confirmation of Directors’ Remuneration.
Proxy Voting
A member entitled to attend and vote at this meeting of Bank Orange is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of Bank Orange.
To be effective, proxy forms must reach the registered office of Bank Orange no later than 6.00pm Tuesday 18th November 2025.
