Members of Bank Orange are invited to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held at Hotel Canobolas on Thursday 19 November 2026, 6pm.
Please submit your RSVP and any required forms by 10 November 2026.

Business of the Meeting
- Receive and accept the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 20 November 2025.
- Receive and consider the Directors’ Report, Financial Report and Auditor’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2026. Copies can be obtained from our registered office or via our website at www.bankorange.com.au .
- Confirmation of Directors’ Remuneration.
