Banking on the go is easy with the Bank Orange mobile app. It is FREE for members, quick and secure.

Breeze through payments, transfers and applications with just a few taps. The simplified digital banking feature is synchronised with Internet Banking, so your existing payees and billers are already available. 

If you are registered for Internet Banking, you can simply download the app, register and start banking right away.

With the Bank Orange app you can:

    • Transfer funds between your accounts

    • Pay bills via BPAY

    • Setup recurring transfers 

  • Take control of your cards
    • Change the PIN on your cards
    • Temporarily block and unblock a card if you misplace it 
    • Report a card lost or stolen and order a new one at the same time 
    • Advise us when you are travelling overseas so we can monitor your account for suspicious transactions
    • Register for Apple Pay within our Mobile App

Things to remember about security

  • For your security, we ask that you choose a passcode that’s different to your PIN
  • Like your PIN, you should keep your passcode confidential
  • As with other electronic channels, do not keep your PIN with your device
  • Make sure to Log out when you’re finished with the app
  • Get in touch with us immediately if you lose your mobile device or feel that someone may know your login details
